Have you guys seen how fit Spice Girl Mel B is? She is like, really, really fit. Someone who isn't fit can't do a kick like that; trust me, I tried to make Jim do one and he fell right on his ass.
But Mel B wants to share her fitness with you and make you a better person with Get Fit with Mel B, an upcoming PlayStation 3 title that will utilize the Move controller. Mel B will help you tone up your abs, buns, and other things that need to get toned with workouts and nutrition advice. The game will help you track your goals and give you real-time feedback on your performance, including a high-definition on-screen Mel B.
My favorite feature has got to be that you'll be able to link the game with your Facebook, so you can update folks on how well you're doing with updates like "Toning up my fat ass with Mel B; feeling the burn." At least that's what I would do.
Get Fit with Mel B is out on September 28, and at $49.99, it's cheaper than a gym membership. Speaking of Jim, he's totally reviewing this one.
