Today Microsoft has revealed a very special bundle featuring a slick new look for the 360. The Xbox 360 Special Edition 4GB Kinect Family Bundle comes in an appealing glossy white and touts an Xbox 360, Kinect, wireless controller, Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports, and a three-month subscription to Live, all for $299.99. Sadly, if you do fancy this glossy white look, you'll have to move fast, as the supplies are limited. You'll also have to put up with the mere 4GB of storage. Me, I'll probably hold out for the Star Wars Kinect bundle, which has the glossy white Kinect, 320GB of storage, and the R2-D2 console and C-3PO controller.
It's lovely that they want to have a family bundle and all, but I'd like to point out the insanity of offering them the glossy white version. My experience with children tells me it's gonna end up black in three weeks anyway.
