Space Marine, Limbo, and more are on sale at Steam photo

The Steam Holiday Sale is still going strong, and looking at my friends' activity, it's working -- they're getting us to play games we've only barely bothered to touch. A few of the daily deals today are worth pointing out:

How has the Great Gift Pile been treating you? At this rate, I'll have to give all of my gifts away; Steam keeps giving me things I own already or have no interest in. Bonus deal: Deus Ex: Human Revolution and its DLC are super cheap on Gamersgate (Thanks, ivr56) and can be activated on Steam, if you so wish.

Nice catch on the Deus Ex DLC, definitely getting that! :D

Blur is also on sale for $5. It's one of the best combat racers ever and has 4-player split-screen on PC. Highly recommended, I was playing it with my housemate last night.

I've got nothing but voucher and coal so far :( Still, if anyone wants any of these vouchers, I might trade em for offers: 50% valve, 33% SR3, 33% Driver SFC, 50% DIRT. These are all valid from January 2 - March 1, and some of these games are at the same price as the voucher already, but whatever :P

Ironically I have almost 300 games on Steam but almost none of the games you need for the prize o_O

Damn you, Torchlight! I've been waiting for Torchlight 2 for so long but it keeps getting delayed. It's one of the only reasons I've put off on buying Torchlight 1. I have Bastion already in my backlog and am in the Path of Exile beta. I think my hack n slash RPG urge can be quelled by those titles alone, but DAMN IT is under $4 a great deal. GAH!

I'm wary about Mass Effect 1 & 2.

Do we know if 3 is going to be Origin-exclusive?

We do not, but it's a safe bet...

Not that it really matters, it looks to be a multiplayer-focused affair.

It has some co-op levels, but ME3 is still primarily single player afaik. Origin sucks but I'll deal with it for that one game I guess.

Not one of the achievements required to win a prize has been for a game I own :(

Sweet, thanks for the tip on HR. Been waiting for it to be available within my budget.

My only gripe about the ME 1 & 2 deal (and the reason I didn't buy them) is because of the DLC not being available as well. They were some of the best parts about both games.

If anybody wants to trade a piece of coal for HL2 my Steam account is rabite. I already have Orange Box.

Space Marine is the best game of 2011 that nobody bought. It's repetitive, sure, but there's a great feel to the combat. It's hard to explain, but everything has a nice weight to it.

@ El Conrado

ME3 is Origin exclusive for PC.

I don't know about not being able to get the DLC for ME1 & 2. I have them both for Steam and have all the DLC. Unless you meant you can't get the DLC through Steam, then that's true.

@Blake

What are you talking about, space marine sold great. It topped UK charts at one point and the UK is the best place to check on the future or 40k.

@el conrado
I believe they said 3 would be an origin game, but it probably won't Affect your save game imports or anything crazy like that.

I played the demo for Space Marine... found it pretty banal.

I managed to snag EYE: Divine Cybermancy for $2.50, they screwed up the price for a couple hours this afternoon lol.

Haven't bought a single thing on the sale yet. I got the Humble Bundle 4 (which now has all the games from 3, woo!) and haven't even touched it.

The Mass Effect titles are certainly tempting though...

Deus Ex: HR is only $10 on Amazon and can be activated on Steam. Just thought I should point that out.
