For those of you who are excited about the upcoming SoulCalibur:  Lost Swords, I have good news -- there will be a closed beta test from November 14th through the 18th on the PSN. All you have to do is download the 4GB demo when it arrives on the PSN, and you're good, but a worldwide release schedule for the beta hasn't been announced yet.

You'll be able to test out Siegfried, Mitsurugi and Sophitia for your troubles, as well as test the Quest and Creation modes. There's also something called a "Continue Ticket," which has been extremely worried considering the fact that this is a free-to-play game.

It still fails in all of the same areas however, mostly its inability to craft an interesting world, and the free-to-play scheme that encourages far too much grinding.more
