Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny is a PlayStation Portable exclusive that's kind of like a slimmer version of Soulcalibur IV but with some enhancements to the formula and a playable Kratos. The idea of a portable SC game is a definite hot one, so long as the load times aren't terrible like certain other PSP fighting games.
Anyway, the game is coming out sooner than you might think. August 27 in Japan, and September 1 in the good ol' US of A is the day God of War meets Soulcalibur; if you couldn't tell, I really want to play as Kratos.
It's been a while since we last talked about Broken Destiny, so I tossed a relatively new and in-depth video of the game after the break. Thanks for spotting it, Monodi!
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied: "bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

that has moved my interest up in this game to a "maybe"
I'd still fancy his chances, even with his crappy little CQC knife in MGS3.
