Sony retrospective covers PlayStation Portable and Vita

Evolution of PlayStation

The Evolution of PlayStation video series continues with another installment, this time centered around Sony's efforts in mobile gaming. Had you not been around these past eight or so years, you could be forgiven for thinking the PlayStation Portable was masterfully handled.

Hell, for a second there, I couldn't help but fondly reminisce about the system. And that's not to say it isn't worth remembering in a positive light -- there obviously were good games and good experiences to be had -- but one can't forget that the PSPgo existed. Poor, poor PSPgo. Funny how there's no real mention of that model in this retrospective, and the video quickly shifts its attention to the PlayStation Vita and its various features.

Given the timing, I have to wonder if we'll get one final video leading up to the Sony event on Wednesday. Sony should do a video dedicated entirely to the Wonderbook.
