Many Destructoid readers have let us know that they've had some issues playing PlayStation Plus Minis on their new Vita. We've heard that an error message comes up when trying to boot some Minis acquired through the PS Plus subscription service. Minis purchased individually seem to work fine on Vita.
Sony tells Edge that they're aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
For now you should try to level up your characters in Hot Shots Golf so that you can attempt to play on my level.
