Sony is bringing a lot of good PS3 and PSP games to TGS photo

It's kind of a given that the "big three" have some overlap with the third-party booths at gaming events like the Tokyo Game Show, set to kick off in about two weeks. Much of what Sony's showing isn't first-party developed, but that's not a bad thing. If anything, we can look at Sony's booth as a sort of one-stop shop for good games...mostly.

Kotaku put together a list of the expected playable offerings for both the PSP and the PlayStation 3 for the show this year, and we see that there's some good stuff in there. Final Fantasy XIII? Yes. Gran Turismo 5? Do want. But the offerings for PSP are even better, especially for this RPG nerd. Valkyria Chronicles 2, Persona 3 Portable, and Phantasy Star Portable 3 are in the mix. Of course, I'm all up on Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and God Eater, too. What? Haven't heard of God Eater? Watch this video.

See Sony's full list of playable offerings after the jump. What do you want to play there?

you should let Jim sterling post some positive ps3 stuff. He's always forced to write all the negative stories about ps3 so he looks like a flame-bater

Nothing that really strikes me. I hope there's a surprise of two at the show.

God Eater, best name ever. Combines God Hand and MGS3: Snake Eater. Must be the best game ever too.

I'm not impressed by that list, to be honest. Well, I hope there'll be some surprises. Like...a..Final.......FANTASY VII REMAKE.

Just kidding, of course. Or am I?

No offense, but you guys need to strat proof reading your articles. This week alone i've found over 40 different gramatical mistakes, in your articles. Do you guys need a proof reader? I'll do it.

It should read Phantasy Star Portable 2. I know I sound like a dick, but I just thought you guys should know, because typos are how most internet rumors get started.

I'm all about God Eater's bastard child of Monster Hunter and a generic JRPG (the style, anyway). I only wish it looked as good as Monster Hunter does o_0
