Woah! awesome! I still play wipeout fury with my friends , I'm pumped, the games always sports really good music too!
I can dig it. Only thing that would make me happier is a an F-Zero game in the Cafe' launch line up.
I dunno what it is about wipeout but its one of those IPs that really gets me excited. Hell I purchased pure before I ever owned a PSP, specifically to force me to break down and buy one once they were back in stock.
Tho for whatever reason I never felt the need to go buy Pulse... All I remember was hearing a bunch about DLC and I never looked back at it. I probably should.
I won't lie I'm a bit leery of Sony at the moment but games like The Last Guardian and Wipeout Trinity ..... damn tempting, damn tempting.

I really hope that this is a new PS3 wipeout game. Cant get enough of wipeout. Its a real shame that the designers republic aren't involved anymore :\

I would also like to say that the idea of an HD Fzero for the Cafe, or Wii2, or whatever the hell they decide to call it, as mentioned by other commentors makes me horny.

love me some wipeout. but if ngp is this year. im guessing its going to be on it. or maybe both?

WipEout is a series I always look forward to playing, but always disappoints me once I actually play it.
I don't know, they're functionally fine games, and pretty to look at. They just seem so boring compared to other arcade-y racers.

Wipeout HD is one of my favorite games of all time.
