Sony announced two new accessories today, both of which are set to coincide with the launch of Killzone 3 in February. The first one, a gun shell for the PlayStation Move dubbed the Sharp Shooter, is a bit overkill. I suppose when it comes to the weapon-shaped controller market, overkill is the name of the game, though.
The Sharp Shooter will run you $39.99 when it hits store shelves, and the Jungle Green DualShock 3 controller (viewable in the gallery below) comes with a $54.99 price tag. I dig that they opted for a less in-your-face color, but I'm sure someone will hate it and want to kick my cat for being positive.
Who's it going to be?

"bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Honestly, I can't help but wonder how well that contraption works. I'd like to try it.
Hahaha
And I thought the Wii Zapper was bad...
(does anything else need to be said?)
The Wii Zapper was ugly. But the Dildo zapper...I mean, the Move Gun...looks far worse.
It could have been...so good...sob
OHOHOHO TROLLIN' ACROSS TEH POND XD
Shut up, robot.
Anyway, foregrip's a nice touch but I have to wonder if it's putting the Navigation controller at an awkward angle. I'd prefer a foregrip that was perpendicular to the gun itself.
Also, apparently the gun, judging from the fact it has PS buttons on it, will use some sort of direct connection to the Move controller, which is about freaking time. I would have liked better placement for those buttons though. I mean, you REALLY couldn't have relocated those buttons so I could access them with my thumb instead of my trigger finger, Sony?
I picked up two different Wii ones and they are both piles of crap and super hard to use, they force you to shoot with the hand closest to the tv, while the hand closest to your face does nothing...so awkward.
Why is the exact same ugly cheap ass looking ball on the move controllers as well then?
