Believe it or not, it seems as if SEGA may actually be capable of making a Sonic game that doesn't suck. I know, it's odd to think of, but the more footage that slips out for Sonic and the Secret Rings for the Wii, the more it appears as if these peeps finally got their act together.
Check out this sweet single and multiplayer footage from the game. Just keep your fingers crossed you don't have to suffer any Final Fantasy Sonic crap before you actually get into the gameplay.
Kick all the crappy humans (that sonic kisses to become super sonic now (WTF??)), and kick shadow, silver, all them bastards and bitches out Leave just sonic on his own (maybe Knuckles and Tails left in, but 4get Amy and even eggman because that's getting repetitive and this new bad guy still looks like crap) and you should have one decent sonic game!
This is the next thing on my wii I'm looking forward to and this just made me all the more impatient.
Also looks like some mario party-esque multiplayer minigames?
With a Feb 20 date confirmed for the US does anyone have any word on the UK? OR have we still gotta wait til March?
I thought it looked a little gay. It just looks like Sonic 360. I hope it plays well, but Sonic doesn't need realistic dinosaurs or heavy guitar crap. I'm sure there will be some people who praise this game because it's on the Wii and "the controls are innovative" though.
the only sonic I liked was the one on gamecube, where you had the little animals that you could customize and send to school and it depended on who took care off them, shadow, which made them turn evil, or sonic, which made them good. that wasn't actually a bad game, but the only sonic game i liked.
I'm sorry, but the fact that this footage supposedly doesn't suck just goes to show how little people really expect from Sonic games now. It's just your typical crappy 3D Sonic game for one more go-around, albeit on rails. The storyline just fucking sucks, and the gameplay looks like ass.
I too can predict the future with unerring accuracy, so I also know it's so obvious that this game will suck, that anyone who disagrees has dookie in their head instead of brains.

Why do the words "Sonic" and "3D" give my spine chills when put together in the same sentence? Okay, so I actually kinda tolerated Sonic Heroes, but haven't touched any of the other 3D Sonic games. Until I see the initial reaction to Secret Rings, I'm not going near that one, either.
