First, Sonic CD is now available on PC. Get it on Steam and get some special costumes for Sonic and Tails for free-to-play title Spiral Knights. Sonic CD is a fine game, so don't miss it.
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I and new Sonic Generations DLC are also available for digital download on PC today. I bet Sonic 4: Ep I will look great on PC. And I bet Ep II is coming soon. The DLC is the new Casino Night Zone, based on the classic level from Sonic 2.

I got Sonic CD, Sonic 4, and the pinball DLC for Generations almost literally the second they were available. Sonic CD seems a lot like the original, and it will look great on my netbook since it does widescreen.

Sonic 4 can't help but feel disappointing after Generations. I don't think it's a bad port, though. It's a pretty simple game, I don't know that it needs a bunch of settings. And it still probably looks/runs better than any other version of the game.

Not really, unfortunately, it's only some pinball game, themed like Casino Night. I wish it would have been actual new levels to the game.
