Survey asks what people want from a PSP game rental service photo

Somebody is testing the currently non-existent PlayStation Portable digital game rental waters. Joystiq recently found an interesting survey that asks people a variety of questions about a possible rental service -- one that would perfectly compliment a UMD-less PlayStation Portable, we think.

The topics covered in the survey are subscription period, price per month, gamers per month, the number of games added monthly, and the recency of the games added each month. Not bad at all, actually.

Surveys aren’t concrete, so put this in your back pocket until the PlayStation Portable GO is announced. Oh, and don’t forget to act surprised when it is.

Same here, if executed properly, I'm totally in.

For some reason though... no matter what crazy thing Sony does, I always get behind it, by no means am I a fanboy, as I love all my systems, but for some reason, Sony published games and exclusives I always buy full price and day-1. 360 and Wii stuff I don't, wait for a huge sale or something.

Now if they allowed you to keep the save file for a retail or fully purchased downloaded copy, that would be awesome. Otherwise.... I could you know, just buy the games for twice or thrice whatever the cost would be.

Digital renting? How exactly do you "return" the video game once the time expires?
