Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is about to drop its megaton bomb on the gaming world and huge part of that ordinance is the introduction of Call of Duty: Elite. Here we have a video where the development team behind the game discuss the social experience you'll have when you take the battle online with this new service.

If there is one thing that I can point to as being an innovation being driven by the mass market games being published by Activision and Electronic Arts these days, it's the evolution of social integration. I may never play Modern Warfare 3, but I know that some day things like this will be standard elements of future games and that excites me.
