My game of the year so far, and I doubt anything will top it. I've got all the cubes the game has to offer, and I enjoy sitting back and watching the playerbase unfold the mystery of the *****ith (spoilers sorta). Such a fantastic game, glad to hear it's sold well.

Fez disappointed me to no end. I loved the music and the visuals but some of the puzzles were insanely complex and it felt like it lacked any focus.

Glad to see it sell so well, I actually haven't had a chance to play it considering the lack of time, but I'm sure it deserves success.

A part of me hopes Phil Fish fails and the only companies that hire him from now on are Japanese. And even then they only hire him as a game tester.
Fez was a great game, but literally no one was talking about it in my circles a week after release.
Hopefully come late this year, it'll at least be in a few "Arcade Game of the Year", if not "Game of the Year" discussions.

100k sounds so much less than what it would have done on Steam, specially a game with this much hype and attention. I hope MS paid him accordingly for the exclusive.
I blazed through the game pretty quickly but I still feel like I didn't pay enough for it. What a great video game.
I agree, it looks fantastic! But I have to admit, as much as I have tried to not be critical, when I see Phil Fish's face I have to stifle my urge to label him a "hipster asshole." I would like to like the guy, so I guess I'll just tell myself he must be nice, and the things he's done and said have been taken out of context. That usually is the case anyway. Especially on the internet.
So, good job Phil, you've accomplished something I myself would have loved to do. Maybe I'm just jealous of his success, because I haven't done anything like that in my own life. MAYBE some are angry about the fact that even though he has a questionable personality, he has created something truly exceptional and has had great success. Bit like Steve Jobs, innit? Of course, I think it was well-documented that he was, at times, a colossal prick. Then again, I've never liked orphans, so we all have our own little issues.

I really enjoyed Fez, it was probably one of the best games this year, and well worth the wait. 'Sync'
I've only played very little of Fez so far. I've been really enjoying it. It's been great playing it with my little girl. She loves to walk around and explore. It also is a nice relaxing game to play before her bedtime.

If you haven't played Fez, DO SO. I absolutely adored the game. I'd probably rank it top 5 or at the very least top 10 games I have ever played.
Good, I'm glad it didn't sell very much. Fish is a bastard, and I hope all his games fail. I might check out the OST someday, but I'm in no hurry.
Amazing game, amazing soundtrack. Thought it was too short / too easy but only because I never wanted to stop. Major points for being a bonding tool for me and my GF when we first started dating. Too bad Phil is a bit of a dramatic but if he wasn't the game would be very different or non-existant. Also the soundtrack is fucking glorious

I could say the same thing about the entirety of the Japanese games industry. That's when it should hit you, we're just doing what he did - nothing more. The only difference is we're only criticizing one person, not the entirety of the western game industry like he did.
