So would crow Tengu for that matter.
Clockwerk's return would not be a hoot,however.
At this point, I just want full support for PS1 AND PS2 classics on Vita and for Vita to otherwise be its own thing with its own exclusives.
1) Ludicrous not "ludacris." One is a word, the other is a rapper.
2) PS3 and 360 naturally would not have cross platform compatibility.
Cross-platform play for Vita and PS3 had the opportunity to add value to having both platforms, but that was abandoned the moment greedy executives realized they could charge a premium for both versions of the game and have people buy it twice for two platforms.
I'm pretty excited for this, will more than likely get this on Vita now and I think It'll be a great fit.
@Master
Easily remappable to the back/front touchpads?
if they want the vita to bounce back in sales, its going to need as much original content as it can
thats all i have to say on this matter.
Sofik88 has nothing nice to say about Sony and you actively defend handhelds. How can this work out peacefully?
looking at Vita, they didn't.
we've got again a cutting edge hardware that is priced ridiculously high and doesn't make profit.
sony is also pushing for high end big budget core games that copy their console portfolio, pushing smaller games and devs along with typical handheld fanbase out which automatically kills their hardware. in the end they're left with the audience that demands every game to be GTA or Call of Duty - those big budget titles that don't sell too well and it completely cuts smaller devs because their games aren't technically advanced enough.
i knew Vita would fail the moment they showed it for the first time - they were repeating the same mistakes, and they keep doing it.
@sofik
well the vita story has not been finished yet
Basically, the conference will be what has been revealed up to this point, and the big deal of it all is that the vita will get all of these games as well.
Well, there's the keiji inafune Vita game that was just announced for Japan. It will most likely be an e3 announcement, under the title "Forsaken Souls"...
http://www.siliconera.com/2012/05/16/sony-register-domain-for-forsaken-souls-in-north-america/
The game looks like MonHun/demon souls. You play as a wizard who sacrifices items to cast spells, and body parts for really powerful attacks.
I'm pretty sure the Dark Souls team is behind it(Sony Japan)
And to the people whining about the Vita "just having console ports" what about Gravity Rush? Or the new Resistance game? To me it seems clear that Sony is trying to bring both full console games to the Vita as well as custom tailored experiences specifically made for the handheld. It's pretty childish to look at one game being released and then make wild assumptions about sony "only" releasing that kind of game in the future.
