Also, on twitter:
"As mentioned before, the first content drops for Skyrim will be releasing exclusively on Xbox 360 before it’s available anywhere else."
I'd settle for just spears, but if there's neither then I likely won't buy this. Unless the weapons that AREN'T spears are cooler than spears. Also I want a new conjuration for my mage character, a throw-able javelin.
Spears.
Oh wait, that's right, Skyrim on PC has mods. Guess I'll just go have fun with those exclusives while I wait for this one to creep over.

A: Guarding against the Mythic Dawn, Mehrunes Dagon cultists from TES IV: Oblivion
B: Killing vampires or other revanents, possibly for Meridia, Daedric Prince of Life and Fucking Up The Undead (her artifact is Dawnbreaker)
C: Guarding the city of Dawnstar
D: The Tower of Dawn, part of the Ghostgate set up to contain Dagoth Ur in Morrowind. So maybe going to Morrowind and containing something in Ghostgate again (doubtful)
E: Some fifth thing
The glowing eyes on the Dovahkiin and presence of a Meridia Shrine in Skyrim suggest to me that it's got to do with becoming some kind of avatar of Meridia, much like you did for Sheogorath in TES IV's Shivering Isles.
i hope microsoft lined those pockets good bethesda, because that money was earned by disappointing your fans on PC and PS3. again.
PS3 gamers, no offense, but you knew what you were in for back at Fallout 3
You know, since they have absolutely nothing in the game exclusives.
Now that is, of course, piracy but you'd be amazed how many people will look the other way when they are feeling dicked-over by a platform exclusivity window.
Mark my words: Skyrim DLC01 will be available on torrent sites and fully working on PC long before that 30 day window closes.
It's just another example of how dumb the exclusivity window is and how, once again, pirates will be having a better experience than paying customers. Sad but true.
I also have fallout goty edition. 50+ hours logged into that. Still no problems except for freezes once every blue moon. I had trouble with New vegas freezing every fucking minute, but I wouldn't expext less from Obsidion.
From all the stuff I've seen on the internet I would habe thought I was one of the lucky few. I know 11 other people with skyrim on ps3 with no problems at all except a few minors. All my pc playing friends seemed to have had smooth sailing. Most of the problems I hear of offline are for those who have a 360(5), or a fat ps3(3).
But I'll reserve my judgement for this dlc until I hear what customers have to say about it. To see if it's worth getting. I'm expecting nothing less than shivering isles.
I never got that either. Played fallout 3, new Vegas, oblivion and skyrim all on the ps3, and I haven't had so much as a hiccup yet.
So it's either I'm the luckiest guy on the net or a lot of people don't have a clue what their talking about.
If it was an absolute exclusive or free dlc I could understand. But I have no problem waiting a few days/weeks/months to have the option to pay more for a game.
Delaying it for the PC doesn't make so much sense as it does dollars and cents, which is to say, business sense.
I think they make some real fun worlds to play in and i enjoyed Skyrim prob a little too much. I will agree that breadth was greater than depth. During almost all the quests it required using your own imagination to give it any sort of value. I did notice the lakes were rather shallow too ;)
