[ Update 2: In a few moments I will be ravaging the home page to patch the few flagrant alignment issues that remain on our new redesign. I shall then move on to completely destroy and rebuild community blogs. Please pardon the disaster you're about to witness! The site should remain somewhat functional during this process. As I mentioned briefly in our PlayStation 3 giveaway, Destructoid has some pretty big news about our jolly unison of sapsuckers coming in four days. Mark your calendars: on the 18th I command you to swing by and see what the hell I'm needlessly hyping about here. In the meantime, I thought a little design refresh would be in order in preparation for the announcement. Gotta keep the other sites on their toes, you know. Why could I know that other sites may not? Why am I nervously polishing up my shoes well after midnight? Tee-hee, I am such a teasing cunt!

What's even better is when any other site does what you do it's considered an inconvenience, but people here look foreward to it and grab teh cornz. So awesome.

Your doing a bang up job but I have a complaint.
Your site is to static, its single images with hyperlinks. It doesn't change depending on which page your on. You have a tab system which looks great but doesn't do anything it still stays the same.
If I were you I'd hire or learn Scripting to make the page more AJAX style based so that the tab system can work properly but changing categories for instance without having to reload the entire page again.
That is my only gripe with Destructoid. Otherwise its a great website.
