SimCity DS: What's that thing doing there? photo

Konichiwa! EA has released new images of the Japanese version of SimCity DS, which appears to be an cutesy adaptation of Simcity 3000 on dual display with touch screen controls. The game is scheduled for release in February 22 in Japan to ensure nobody buys this for their loved one on Valentine's Day.

While browsing the new photos we spotted the scariest looking Japanese school girl ever put in a video game. He's like a tranny asian remix of Dhalsim and Jessica Simpson. Mr. Wright seems equally amused, so we're lucky it cuts off at the torso. My sharp translation skills have concluded that this must be one of the new natural distasters you'll face. More oddities follow below.

This game looks fun and I can't wait to buy it again for the fourth time and only play it for a week. I'm also popping pills and sweating at the edge of my seat waiting for a DS version of Populous so that I can eternally put them in a drawer at the exact same time.

I hate to be that guy, but it's "Konnichiwa".

I spelled it wrong on my Xbox Live profile. I don't want to change it as I managed to sneak "bitches" on there before their censor was fully functioning.

HA is pronounced WA when used as a transitive. So in hirgana, you're right.

Another example of this is used in verbs and nouns.

If you were to ask for a glass of water you'd say,

"mizu wo nomite kudasai" where WO is pronounced O. But the hirigana letter used is pronounced as WO when used by itself to differentiate itself from the regular hirgana/katakana O letter.

That was a lot of woman. I'm also pointing at where the terrorists might have hid WMD's.

You know what? It just occurred to me. Men either pay or willingly go through a relationship with these women for sex.

I people are more into having cosplay sex with clowns than I realized.

Seriously, ganguro girls are the equivalent to japano-philes here in America. Except they're obsessed with being white.

No, that's what Ganguro look like in real life. Ganguro/Yamanba style is dying out right now, it used to be all the rage. It's also primarily done by 15-17 year old girls.

Or would you prefer.....

Not many girls do that anymore except for in Tokyo or they go to Tokyo to hang out. I've seen some but never had the chance to take pictures. All I can say is the other pics pretty much sum it up.
