This is going to sound like an advertisement, but it's not -- videogame trading community Goozex kind of rocks. I've been a member for awhile, and I have to say that I've gotten way more out of my trades that I would from trading them in at a GameStop or EB Games. Granted, sometimes there are long queues for newly released titles and going to the post office isn't always the prettiest scene, but there's really nothing like the Goozex service for peer-to-peer game trading.
For those hesitant to sign up, April might be the time to take the plunge. Goozex is offering 100 free Goozex points to any member who joins this April. All you need to do it is register and activate your account to receive the free points, which essentially adds up to one game. Granted, not every game is 100 points, but you can pick up a copy of American Idol for the PlayStation 2. Hey, it's a good start.

ps....goozex will ignore you if u have problems...just my experience, like somehow i have -points...which they dont seem to care to answer me too.

You mail the game directly to the person who wants it.
You don't actually trade games for games on the site: you trade games for points, and then you can use your points to acquire games on your wanted list.

For those wondering, this place is totally legit. It seems a little sketchy with the point system and all that, but once you get the gist, it's the only thing that makes sense. I never fear buying a new game now because I know if it sucks I can unload it on goozex and get $45 back (in trade) instead of maybe $10 at Gamestop. I am so happy I never have to go into another freakin gamestop again!

Have you met the Goozex guys? The live not too far south of you in MD. They used to come by the DC Cheap Ass Gamer meet ups and bring all kinds of goodies. Some one should invite them to the Baltimore NARP.
