Not bad. This is actually a tie in that makes sense. Sports.. racing... girls old enough to get a driving license. I actually don't mind the tie-in at all. In the game they're even wearing clothes and the devs didn't go the cheap thrills route of having them drive cars in their bikinis. It adds some females to what is likely to be a game dominated by male characters... though it would be even more awesome if the ladies were playable characters!

Do these stunts work anymore? I seriously wonder if pretty lady beer commercial style tie ins make any impact at all in the age of internet hyperporn. Are there really gamers out there that see a woman in a bikini hawking a game and tell themselves "yes, those thoroughly covered titties have convinced me" now that hundreds of thousands of naked ones are at your fingertips at all times?

If the driving is intrinsically fun, sounds great. I loved playing NFS Underground, but I only play single player, and the same maps can get boring once you best them forward and back. So, if they can make it more varied in addition to being already fun, filled with tons of tuning and customization, and some of the old drifting tracks, this sounds like it could be tons of fun.
The frostbite engine as the groundwork for a racing game is my biggest concern; I hope it works with the genre.

Maybe some people don't want see women in bikinis driving cars. But maybe some people DO want to see women in bikinis driving cars. All I'm saying is there's nothing wrong with it being AN OPTION. If you like it, do it. If you don't, avoid it. It's quite a simple and revolutionary concept this whole "option" idea is.
