Sherlock Holmes reveals himself in 4 new screenshots

3:00 PM on 07.24.2011

The fine fellows of Focus Home Interactive have seen fit to share with us four new screenshots for The Testament of Sherlock Holmes, the new detective game being developed for the PS3, 360 and PC.  Developer Frogwares would like to clarify that this is the very first Sherlock Holmes game being developed specifically with the 360 and PS3 consoles in mind.

This will be interesting for certain.  I'm unfamiliar with Sherlock's previous exploits in the gaming realm, but the character is said to have inspired real investigation techniques through his stories.  If Frogwares can tap into the outright potential badassery of being Sherlock Holmes you'd have a game that I'd buy far sooner than I would L.A. Noire.
