I seem to have this habit of never getting into Eidos-published games. I'm not sure why, but the likes of Tomb Raider and Hitman have never clicked with me, so I don't often pay the publisher much heed. Perhaps that should change, however, if Shellshock 2: Blood Trails is anywhere near as wonderful as its trailer.
What happens when you combine Vietnam, zombies and "Freebird"? You get one of the coolest frigging trailers this side of Sacred 2.
I have no idea if the game is going to be any good, but I'd be impressed if the reality could surpass the promise of this incredibly well-made video. That's the problem with great trailers, the cruel sirens of the videogame world.
Either way, Vietnam + zombies + "Freebird" = win.

Made me want to at least check it out.
The only thing left is using Sweet Home Alabama for the ending.
Move over Gears of War - Mad World Trailer, there's a new kid in town.
But this...This looks fucking insane! F.E.A.R. + Vietnam + Mindrape + Shitkicker Rock = WIN.
Shellshock 2: Blood Trails: "Well, Shellshock: Nam '67 didn't sell so well, so we've added zombies. Games with zombies seem to be pretty popular..."
Shellshock 3: "The Vietname war took place in outer space."
This game just looks shit, I would much prefer The Air Cav flying over a Vietnamese rebel camp, then some Zombies.
Also I think most trailers featuring "Freebird" are going to kick some major ass. Despite that, this doesn't hold a flame to Gears of War - Mad World. The image of a Berserker bursting through that wall is scary as fuck!

that's strange, but also pretty interesting, I've always thought Vietnam would be a great setting for a horror game
