Shadow of the Colossus, Destructoid's very own game of the decade, seems scheduled to make a comeback with a reprinted edition slated for launch in Japan this coming February. Japanese retailers have listed the reissue for February 4, 2010.
No word on whether or not the reprint will contain any new material, packaging or similar goodies. We also don't know if North America and Europe can expect to see this game either. We do know it's for the PS2 though, so it's no God of War Collection, unfortunately.
Seems like Sony's trying to drum up some attention for The Last Guardian. Nice to see some marketing weight being put behind Team ICO, in any case.

I was considering getting it for my friend as a Christmas present/thinly veiled excuse to play it. She's already interested in it, and I somehow managed to make her like God of War (Not an easy feat when she's predominantly an RPG player), so getting her to like this should be no problem.
If I could find my damn PS2's power cord. PC says no to emulating it too.
Though, these are substantial "if"s.
You can still get Shadow VERY easily on Greatest Hits. Ico is nowhere to be found (thanks for the trade Funktastic!) in stores or online, really.

I bought this when it first came out and, seriously, this game is everywhere for $19. Wal-mart Zellers....etc it is not hard to find at all.
