Serious Sam series sale to help fund Serious Sam 4

12:45 PM on 06.07.2013

While the Serious Sam franchise is repeatedly discounted, I'm not sure I've come across a better deal than this Humble Weekly Sale. It's pay-what-you-want pricing for Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, Serious Sam: The Random Encounter, Serious Sam Double D, Serious Sam: Kamikaze Attack!, and Serious Sam Public Test 2.

Putting in more than $1 will award you Steam keys, while beating the average unlocks Serious Sam II and Serious Sam 3: BFE. Does anyone need this much Sam in their life? Well, yes -- of course! There's also the fact that this will "help contribute to the production of Croteam's next project" which is none other than Serious Sam 4. What, no subtitle?

U Craft seeks to fill the Minecraft void on Wii U

There might not be Minecraft for Wii U, but there is U Craft. Close enough? This is in the works at Nexis Games, the studio behind some games I'm also not familiar with -- do BrickBlast U! or The Dance of the Damned ring any ...more

I had a good time watching Monsterum scare people

I talked yesterday about how horror games are difficult to demo at a convention; you need to block out so much noise and activity around you to be really immersed in what you're playing. Team Junkfish had no such problems as...more
