What do you want them to do? Deliver it to your house on a plate of gold? Serious Sam is definitely worth 6.79 if you're into old school FPS fun.

I bought both HD remakes of Serious Sam for 5 bucks each based off my nostalgia. And I absolutely love them. Best money I've spent in awhile.

Frozen Synapse, Singularity and Alpha Protocol are all great games. Everyone should buy Alpha Protocol to show the world we need a new one :(

That's the problem with Steam's big event sales, the prices keep changing. Steam is updating its main page every 12 hours, but some games stay listed for 24 hours. Some revert to smaller savings when they cycle off the main page, while others are remaining at their big sale value. As well, some games have already cycled back to the main page savings, while others have not.
When I checked Serious Sam HD, Second Encounter was 66% off (as the article says) and the Double Pack listed on the very same page was 80% off, giving the prices I mentioned. Checking now, Second Encounter is also 80% off.

Steams stupid price conversion (I pay the same in £ as you guys in $) might explain why non non indie games just arnt worth buying on steam when for non new games I can buy the boxed version for less then 50% of what I can buy it off steam.
