iOS Thanksgiving sales -- everyone's doing it. Sega gets in on the fun with their Early Bird Sale. 13 titles for various iThings have been knocked down in price, with some coming in at 80 percent off. Search Sega in the App Store to find all the goodies. Here's a taste of what's on sale right now:

• Sonic Spinball for $0.99
• Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 for $2.99
• Altered Beast for $0.99
• Super Monkey Ball 2: Sakura Edition for iPad for $0.99

They're throwing a (turkey) bone to Microsoft Windows Phone users with a discounted price for Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I, down from $6.99 to $4.99. Hey, it's a discount. Be thankful.
