Among the crappiest of the crappy, the Sega Genesis Activator reigns as the worst possible video game peripheral ever made. Just watch the video and take pity on these two guys. Somewhere they must live with the burden of being the butt of jokes by his childhood peers as they all grew up and got IT jobs as townies.
The other nine items are other things you opted not to purchase in the 80's and 90's that have topped other lists such as worst joysticks, worst WASD replacements, best ways to deflect women from your bedroom, etc.
