The video above is apparently the intro to DJ Hero, as uploaded by the folks from Official Xbox Magazine. (Thanks to ultima301 for the heads up!) It's... interesting, to say the least. We don't have any idea what's going on, or why DJ Shadow's eyes are glowing green. We're kind of freaked out, honestly.
If the intro video has you more amped up than confused and scared, you might want to head over to your GameStop this Sunday. All GameStop locations will be hosting playable demo sessions with the game from 10:00am to 6:00pm. There you'll not only have a chance to play the game, but also win a slew of prizes (listed after the jump) just for showing up.

I'm a fan of almost all music genre's but I never wanted to play samba de amigo, donkey konga, guitar hero, rock band or any of that other bullshnickety. I did however get a little amped up watching the trailer...maybe I should go ahead and go to gamestop this weekend and see if I like the game.
Also, I have played guitar hero and i'm absolutely horrible at it, even on the easiest settings. I've just never been good with the music genre. I still admire them for all they do / did in terms of innovation blah blah blah...just...not my cup of tea normally.
probably too expensive to let my wife let me buy it. I have to put all game purchases through her to make sure i don't break the bank with all my gaming shenanigans.
I'll probably end up picking this up a year from now when it's dirt cheap because the economy sucks enough to where people didn't want to spend $120 for a cheap plastic turntable.

And that intro... well... this game it's supossed to have an "story"? Like the "story" mode on every Guitar hero? i would like to see that
...Can't wait to play that Dizzee Rascal/Justice mix though. Sounded pretty cool.
