I've never played a single game in the Disgaea series but I've watched it been played and love how flashy the art style and combat is. Might end up buying this.
On a side note, if you need some SRPG fix I very much recommend the recently released Rainbow Moon.
I'm only about 10 hours in so I can't quite say much past that but so far I'm having a great time, its very refreshing as they do alot of things different than you are used to.
Even if it turns to shit i've already EASILY gotten 15 bucks worth of fun out of it.
Experience = nearly every rpg ever made, take my word on this one.

That artbook looks MANLY FANCY! It's just a shame that i live in the houston area where no conventions/ expos ever happen... Otherwise i would buy them all.
I've had this preordered since I first heard about it can't wait to get my hands on it as it sounds awesome.
you know... the people over at Udon are amazing, and I gotta give some love to the scrappy upstart from Toronto that became UBER... and I adore their art... but damn if I don't miss when they used to make comics.
