Agreed, of all of the bonuses the Scarlet Spidey is the one to go with, though I like the inclusion of these all the same. When I was a kid I loved the spider-armor, but yea, Scarlet FTW.
This just reinforces my hatred for preorder bonuses. What a snivelling stupid way to try and secure a buy.
Man, I am SO glad the Spider-Clan Mangaverse is an unlockable. I'd have a hell of a time choosing between Scarlet and that otherwise.

nevermind, i guess it normally looks like a tee-shirt, my bad. I just had one issue of scarlet spider that it was extra torn (from battle) in as a kid. it turned into a scarf.
Why would they even want to remind people of the Clone Saga? They did their best to make people forget it. Then again that was two reboots ago, seems like the current era of Spiderman isn't any better than the previous two.

Wow, I'm exactly the tool that would buy a game just to play as Scarlet Spider from the beginning. This is the only thing that could make me buy a game on a stupid premise such as unlockable costume. Before now it was a rental, now its a preorder.
to be fair i generally like spiderman games. i had a blast with webof shadows though controls were a bit wonky when wall fighting. and i wasn't sure about mary jane beig a bad ass
According to Wikipedia, the Cosmic suits are the only pre-order exclusive costumes, while all the others are unlockable in-game. So if you want all the costumes, GameStop would be the way to go.
Wasn't sure what they meant by Negative Zone Spidey. Wasn't that the precursor to the Dusk suit? That's about as obscure as you can get then, because it wasn't really a costume change, just a transition to one.
At first I thought you meant the Spider-Man Unlimited costume since that was also used as a one-shot in another Negative Zone story IIRC.

Since when did Kmart start accepting pre-orders? I don't even think there's a Kmart within 100 miles of here, and they used to be everywhere.
i'd rather wait a few weeks and pay 30-40 bucks for the game rather than pay full retail just for an extra costume
