It seems that these days Mark Hamill is just as known for voicing The Joker as he is for his role as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars. So who else would Sony Online Entertainment tap to voice the villain in its upcoming DC Universe Online for PlayStation 3 and PC?
SOE has confirmed that Hamill will lend his pipes to the game, going face-to-face with Kevin Conroy as Batman. Conroy basically is Batman, having voice the Dark Knight in Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, Justice League, and more.
The voice over nergasms don't stop there: Adam Baldwin (Firefly, Chuck) will voice Superman; James Marsters (Buffy: The Vampire Slayer) will voice Lex Luthor; Gina Torres (Firefly) is Wonder Woman; and Michelle Forbes (Battlestar Galactica, True Blood) will provide vocals for Circe.
DC Universe Online is out on November 2; beta registration is open now.

Yeah, not only will this come out before AA2, but he recorded his lines for this a good while back. He only just started recording for AA2 a little while ago, so his comment regarding AA2 being his last stint as the Joker is, sadly, very sadly, still panning out to be true.
That said - Adam Baldwin should be a goddamn national treasure for his role in Chuck.

I wouldn't have chosen them to reprise the roles as out of all the voices who have played these characters, I would've gone with the Justice League series cast. They were perfect.
