Tank wins. Batman needs to be feared or otherwise given enough time to analyze weakness. Tanks is too fast and hits too hard. Game Over.
Do not underestimate the random well timed objects Batman has in his utility belt. I'm sure he has some Bat-tovs in there somewhere, or some Bat-Tank repellant.

That's the thing, Batman doesn't have time to plan. He'd just be chilling in Gotham City and then the tank music would play and then "OH SHIT, TANK!" I mean, Batman is quick on his feet, don't get me wrong.

Tdiddy is right. Batman's handled bigger, crazier enemies than a Tank. Batman wins, hands down. Why is this even a legitimate question?

I think the major problem here is that Batman doesn't KILL. He doesn't. So now his challenge become to SUBDUE the Tank (so he can study Zombifying and come up with a cure using science and save the Tank). Yeeeeah... good luck with that whole "subdue" part..
