Guys, I agree that its worth it. Kind of. Problem is, this will become the norm, if we keep paying these prices. Now, if there is a fuck ton of features and content added, then I will gladly take that back and snatch this up. I don't feel that will be the case though. Itll probably just be a rom with some visual flair added.

Capcom is baiting the US to see if we want the new one. $20 is a bit steep, but if the visuals are updated enough it might be worth it.
a few seconds of extra research would show that the reason for this JoJo "media blitz" is the franchise's 25th anniversary.
After seeing what they did to RE4 HD and just upgraded the resolution and left pretty terrible textures in...I'm iffy
Bah, as much as I hate the price it's nothing compared to how long I've wanted this game. I'll eat the $20 since its a fighter and therefore has infinite replay ability.

I feel like the only one who's actually read Jojo. And I don't blame you if you haven't, the series is long as hell. It's very awesome though.

JoJo is celebrating its 25th anniversery which is the reason for the Namco produced game, the new anime and one would assume the rerelease of this game. If anything it's the rights owners of JoJo who are cashing in. Capcom has to pay for the license to redistribute the game. And Capcom has to pay to rebuild the game for PSN and Xbox Live. I doubt Capcom will rake in all the quick cash you assume they will.

JBA was a decent fighter (on Dreamcast) but is in no way worth twenty bucks this day and age (digital medium). Especially in a digital distrubtion era where HD remakes the likes of Guardian Heroes and Perfect Dark (games which arguably offer more than JBA) are running at half that price.
The $20.00 price-point would have been more justifyable had this been an HD collection for say Power Stone (1&2) or Rival Schools (1&2).
