As remarkable as Immortal Defenseis, I suspect most of you are not familiar with the game. Just know that it's truly great, and to this day remains one of my personal favorite tower defense titles due to its interesting story and engaging mechanics.
The reason I bring up Immortal Defense is that the next project from developer Radical Poesis Games & Creations, Saturated Dreamers, looks similarly unusual. To the point where I don't entirely know what is happening. At all. But I do know to keep an eye on this "open-world, story-based, action-adventure, exploratory game."
RPGCreations is promising 1,000 hand-made areas, 60 types of creatures, and a non-linear story (with multiple endings) that will have you playing somewhere around 20 to 40 hours. Yep, they've got my attention. The team is targeting a release later this year for PC via digital distribution.
