The PlayStation 3 version of Sacred 2 is still on its way. To remind us, CDV released a few screenshots featuring undead creatures, spell casting and a goth chick with a Mohawk.
The PC version of Sacred 2 has been out for quite awhile. Our review pointed out that it’s a great Diablo 2 clone, but technical issues keep it from being a remarkable game. The problems range from graphical anomalies to not being able to engage in the multiplayer portion.
Hopefully, these issues are being scrutinized for the game’s PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 release. It’s due out in March, so there is time to make it player friendly. There is also time to make the Mohawk chick a reoccurring boss. Make that happen, CDV.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Nevertheless, being that I've never played Diablo I'll have to stay clear of this game.
The first had a huge streaming world, that wasn't randomly generated, and the cast was definitely different to your usual RPG faire. We're surely not so insecure to call every isometric real time rpg a clone of a game released 8 years ago?
Is it just because you click to attack? Does it just boil down to that? The way you interface with it?
I found DII a particular solid game, but it wasn't remarkable save for the FMVs. But then Blizzard always have a habit of Wowing us with pre-rendered intros.
