Just to prove to you how slow the news is in between Leipzig and PAX, here's a rumor that the new Xbox Experience dashboard will be arriving to consoles some time in November. Considering that's one of only four months of the year left, that's not really saying much at all.
The Rumortoids also suggest that the first of the Grand Theft Auto IV downloadable episodes will also arrive around the same time, and that the DLC will add an extra fifteen hours onto the main game. There are still no details whatsoever regarding the actual contents of the content.
