We all know by now that Microsoft paid vast amounts of loot in order to secure itself exclusive DLC in form of the Lost & Damned expansion pack. However, PSW magazine has decided to whip itself up a storm and claim that the DLC was exclusive only for six months, and could be hitting the PlayStation 3 this summer.
If the gossip is true, August 20 has been tossed around as the launch date, but obviously unless Rockstar or Sony officially say so, this is nothing but rudderless speculation right now. However, if the chattering is true, it kind of makes Microsoft's massive spending spree look even sillier.
We'll see how it goes from here, but it looks like PS3 loyalists may be getting their GTA IV expansion after all.

i want my Red Dead Redemption.
Anyway, I never bought the game, the Lost and Damned probably won't convince me to, but I always wanted to play a game about a motorcycle gang.
Also, Johnny's voice seemed a lot less annoying than Niko's.
Seems like everyone wins. Personally I thought the GTA DLC puts most other DLC to shame and look forward to the next episode.
GTA IV sucked anyways.
I have a PS3 and even then I don't care if this comes or doesn't come to PS3.
Didn't Microsoft pay to keep this 100% exclusive to the Xbox 360 or is it only a timed exclusive to the Xbox 360 and will come to PS3 later on?
Exclusive DLC is just a smaller, more laughable Exclusive anyway. It just means that, instead of 'You can only buy this game on this console', you get 'You can buy it on either console, but only on THIS one do you get the ability to PAY MORE for a bit more content!'.
Either way, I still say that consoles biggest fault was going online for anything more than multiplayer.
If you don't like or hate the game, fair enough, nothing wrong with that, but save the rest of us your whining about a game that has been out for more than a year. People whined enough when the game was released, just let it go and move on, sheesh.
If this does happen, then great, after pouring a 100 hours into the game (50 hours for a no cheat save, 50 hours FOR a cheat save) this would definitely make me re-buy it.
Yes, I said re-buy it. Evn though I love the game a hell of a lot, after you finish it a 100 percent, and have massive amounts if fun pissing around on the multiplayer and do everthing there is to do on the game, there is not much reason to keep it any longer, IMHO.
I own both a 360 and a PS3 and I still scoff at the idea of MGS4 on 360. It has nothing to do with graphics because I certainly think they are obtainable on the 360, it has to do with content. MSG4 is a huge fucking game, it would span multiple dvd's on the 360 which sure doesn't sound that bad, but were talking probably 5-6 not 2-4. Also the insane amount of Apple product placement in the game I just somehow don't see that being put onto a Microsoft system unless huge modifications are made to the game and with Kojima being the apple fanboy that he is I doubt he will want that to happen.

On topic: MS paid for what they thought would be AAA DLC and hasn't lived up to expectations. That is MS! Besides this news making me giggle, it solidifies why the 360 is an overpriced netflix streaming DVD player. Graphically, their 1st games look like shit compared to Sony, so until they release a game looking as good as KZ2, enough with the. "it's possible bullshit".

Final Fantasy XIII so far looks better than MGS4 and, durr hurr, it's coming to the Xbox 360.
MGS4 is not the be-all and end-all of graphics. Fantastic game, but it's not something only the PS3 can render, mate.
