I like Elite Beat Agents. This is hardly surprising, since developer iNiS is also responsible for the beautiful Gitaroo Man, one of my favorite games of all time. It is with great interest then, that I present to you a listing from the UK Nintendo press site that bears these fabled words: Elite Beat Agents 2.
The first game used the touch screen to fantastic effect, creating a terrific rhythm title that couldn't be played anywhere else. It wasn't actually very suitable for portable play, but it was still a lot of fun, even if it did frustrate the piss out of me at times. Regardless, this listing is an encouraging sign that a sequel could be on the way.
Are Agents go? We can't tell until we see an official confirmation, but we're long overdue.

Elite Beat Agents is my favourite game on the DS and I definetly like it more than Guitar hero, because I don't have to weild some weird "ready-to-break" plastic-Guitar that's about 10 inches too short for comfortable use.
And all the weeaboos whining for Ouendan 3 need to shut the fuck up. Maybe some people like to actually understand the lyrics of the music they're listening to.
Can't wait for this...so long as the tracks aren't terrible. EBA1's tracks were alright, but could've been better.
It took me a month to beat the final song on the second difficulty. Didn't get past it on 3rd.
Can't wait for the sequel.
Like someone mentioned before, I would rather see Ouendan 3...

Plus you just KNOW that at least the main red Ouendan will be playable somehow. So it'll be exactly like Ouendan, except with less Monkey Magic.

EBA is teh sex?
really? I don't think most of the people who had to wait for EBA1 felt that way. Plus the fact it took them this long to bother mentioning it again is making me laugh.
Once I touched Ouendan, play EBA felt boring. But that's just cause the tracks downright sucked outside of Jumping Jack Flash. (which was still so so.) Give us some good songs in this one and I may eye at the western cheer squad again.
I just popped a huge nerd boner at this! EBA is a great game with a pretty alright selection of music. EBA2 will quite literally be too awesome to handle.
