Bionic Commando: ReArmed

The Japanese Xbox 360 website has added a page for Bionic Commando: Rearmed and it has a date listed on it! Or, rather, it did have a date listed on it. Sometime within the two hours it took me to get around to this post, the date vanished like the Statue of Liberty in a David Copperfield primetime special. 

Originally slated for release in late May, the game was delayed at the last minute for bug fixing and submission procedures. Well, it's almost August now and I'm really ready to get my swing on. So, with a little luck, the August 13 release date will not only be accurate but global.

With the date deleted from the page, we have to consider this a rumor for the time being.  A beautiful rumor that suggests I may be a mere two weeks from blowing up the virtual head of the analogue to a mid-twentieth century world leader, but a rumor nonetheless.

Definitely something longtime fans will want to keep an eye out for soon. Maybe Capcom might go "crazy" with promoting in the coming week? (or something insane happens, and GT, G4, etc..)

Well, it has to come some time before the end of August because Microsoft said this title along with other like Braid and Castle Crashers would be released before the end of August. So, this is a logical release date.

Also, the Cliffster is ready.

Yeah, I read Japan gets it's in two days, on the 30th. So we can't be far behind...

While I'm disappointed that there's no hot-dog arm hero in this game, I believe it attempts to make up for it with one of my favorite games of all time.

That would be the Japanese Splash Page on Xbox.com so that conflicts with the previous rumor. Most likely we will get the game when the Japanese do, remember Mr. Driller Online.

As the game already had a release date for the 30th, that got pushed back. This certainly looks realistic. Hopefully it is true, so I can play it before my holidays.
