Rumor: House of the Dead 2 & 3 coming to the Wii photo

GameFly let slip that House of the Dead 2 & 3 will be coming out for the Wii at the end of March next year. Although Sega hasn't even announced that they are working on the game, GameFly has rarely ever been wrong.

House of the Dead 2 & 3 would be a perfect fit for the system. Sega is also releasing Ghost Squad soon and the Wii does need a lot more Zapper support unless they want to pull a Super Scope again. Although, if I had a choice between this and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, I'd go with Resident Evil as my zombie shooter of choice.

Surely The House of The Dead 4 and it's shake to reload feature is more apt to the waggle-happy Wii'ers.
Also @ ArrestedDeveloper The Typing is awesome.

Blasphemy! HotD is better than RE:UC by far. And HotD 4's Lindbergh arcade board is way too much for the Wii to handle.

I would be more excited for HoD4 as long as it's an arcade perfect port. Only because all of my local arcades were dead by the time it came out so I've never actually played it :[

The Wii NEEDS this games, even more so Nintendo does in order to keep the Zapper alive and shooting. Even though I am more excited by RE:UC, the prospct of even more zombies is ALWAYS welcome.

Personally, Iīve only payed HOTD2, but proudly almost all of my high school money went into it. Ah, the feeling of having many people watching you slay zombies is... unsubstituable...

So is the Wii going to become the arcade shooter light gun system?

Because if so, I may have to get it.

You mean I don't have to break out the Dreamcast every time I want to get my zombie blasting fix? Do want. Although I don't see why they can't throw House of the Dead 1 on there and make a trilogy pack.

I saw gameplay videos of HOTD4 and it looks VIEWTIFUL!!!! The Wii is perfectly capable of pulling off the graphics, without breaking a sweat; and if the disc canīt hold four games, then do two discs!!!

House of the Dead Series for Wii is a deal maker, so Sega... WTF are you waiting for!!!!!!!!!

Now that you mention it, if I'm not mistaken the Wii supports USB keyboards for its Internet Channel, right? If so then there is no way they're going to pass up the Typing of the Dead games.
