As much as I'm bummed this will probably mean no more RCHP in Rock Band the GH5 engine is incredibly rock solid so this could actually turn out really well done with a decent setlist.
I'm biased against guitar hero. A shame it won't be a rock band thing but it will hopefully be good nonetheless.
I would love for this to have been a Rock Band game, but I guess I'll live with Guitar Hero.

I'd buy this if it was a Rock Band game, and I could import it into my already-too-large RB2 library.

Don't buy activision; I've always found Rock Band to be a superior product anyway, so I'll have to pass on this.

I've never supported or approved of one-band themed music games... until right now. RHCP could fill two games with their music and they have enough variety and talent in their music to keep it fresh

As much as I like RHCP, aside from what's already available on Rock Band, "Californication," and "Otherside," there's not too terribly much I'd want to play.
I'm not crazy about Guitar Hero at the moment either but I fucking love RHCP. I will be buying this.
Hmm. I'd finally break down and buy an Activision product if they actively AVOID including tracks released since 1997.
Oh boy, another band-centric game from Activision where only half of the setlist will be songs by the band on the cover.
So you start out with the band, then die of a heroin overdose before they become successful, and watch from the heavens as your string of successors get kicked out and sent to rehab. Where's the interactive part? Heroin mini-game? Can't wait to see my uncle Mac with a sock on his dick!
I fucking hate the Red Hot Chili Peppers more than anything in this entire universe. Worst fucking band ever.
