F.E.A.R 3 may have been revealed as Project Hades, thanks to the resume of a Monolith artist. Once again, a jobhunting videogame doodler has spilled potential beans by way of his curriculum vitae, as Joel Cuellar names the mysterious new PC/PS3/360 game among his list of projects.
According to the resume, Cueller worked on F.E.A.R 2 and the game's accompanying DLC packs. With F.E.A.R 2 being subtitled Project Origin and Cueller's past experience, it's a very reasonable guess indeed to surmise that Project Hades is an all-new F.E.A.R game. Add this to earlier rumors concerning the game, and I'd say we're very likely to hear about F.E.A.R 3 in 2010.
Glad to hear it, too! F.E.A.R 2 was a terrific shooter with solid combat and an amazing atmosphere. More of that is fine by me.

All I can hope for the 3rd is that Monolith realizes that consoles are holding them back. F.E.A.R. was awesome because it was a PC exclusive at first. They didn't need to gimp on anything to get it working smoothly.
Still a reasonably solid shooter, but the horror elements are very much missed.
