I was going to say that i hope its not like the second game. But i never even played the full game. I played the demo and thought "well i just pressed A 500 times" and my want for the game was completely ended.
Considering how they managed to cram it into Mass Effect, I'd say bite the pillow and get ready for Dragon Age 3's multiplayer.
Player controlled Day/Night cycles? That sounds weird. If this leak is worthwhile, they better have better writers or their writers better have improved greatly for Dragon Age 3 because the writing for Dragon Age 2 was such a joke.

You missed out on what of the better bits here, Jim. The co-op mode is rumored to feature a number of cooperative moves, some of which will be taking advantage of the Kinect.
The most powerful co-op move you can use is Dragon Form. This is when two characters come together to form a kind of human dragon; one player maneuvers while the other sits on his shoulder, swinging a sword wildly and trying not to lose his balance.
For the Kinect, they plan on releasing a two person dragon costume with the collectors edition, allowing for the whole thing to be experienced in person. The first player serves as the ass of the dragon, and handles movement. The second player sits atop the first's shoulder donning a fearsome dragon's head, and uses a pool noodle to unleash the dragon's fury.
Honestly, there's nothing about this co-op that doesn't excite me like a kangaroo on a trampoline.

I'm going to play the 3rd game just to finish the series. Not really all that excited for it after the wet potato fart that was Dragon Age 2.
I would be ok with co-op in dragon age 3. A pvp multiplayer mode separate from the campaign could be cool with the right persistence.

This sounds legitimately cool. I still haven't played DA2 due to all of the middling reviews, but the idea of playing as an inquisitor and being a sort of spy master in the world of Dragon Age has piqued my interest.
All I want is it to be like the first one. That game was rad. If not, as long as it's not dumbed down to appeal to a broad audience, like another EA published game.

I this is fake, cause that story sounds like something they pulled off fanficion.net, course knowing BioWare, that's probably where most of their current writers came from.
Still need to finish DA2. I think I got about halfway through and then lost all interest after I realized the entire party was shit and the stupid plot refused to not suck regardless of what choices I made.
Barely managed to cancel my pre-order on DA2, I'm not even going to take a look at DA3. This franchise is D-E-A-D.
Mass Effect 3's multiplayer, while a bit one-dimensional, was a lot of fun. If DA3 can do it as well I have no problem with it whatsoever.

Dragon Age 2 is something fucking worse than the transition from Mass Effect to Mass Effect 2. It's Whittier than the original Mass Effect 3 ending.
What they did to Anders, your "choices", the enemy spawning, all dirty shit oozing boils on Dragon Age.
Don't even get me fuck started on the REUSED ENVIROMENTS and BEING IN ONE FUCKING CITY WITH TWO OUTLYING AREAS.
There is no force in heaven, on earth, or in hell that will ever get me to like Dragon Age 2 or play any Dragon Age game after it.

A few years ago I would have been ecstatic for the idea of Dragon Age multiplayer, in the way that Neverwinter Nights did it.
Now, I don't even care. This series and developer is dead to me. This game is going to be a rush job just like DA2 and ME3.

After the travesty that was DA2, they should really reconsider what made them a legendary developer in the past and build upon that. Don't give in to corporate interests, Bioware. The last good game they made was DA:O.

You know, people complain (in some respects myself included) about how bad Mass Effects story is.. But Dragon Age's has been so much worse. Yeah, I liked Hawke's story, and I liked the story of Origns/Awakening.. But they're like two completely different novels that happen to share a genre and have the same lead in name slapped on them.
As for 5 people sqauds? Yuck.. Team management was a pain in Origin as it was before they made it pretty much not worth a damn in 2, I can't see adding more guys to the mix makes that better.. Just more dudes to run up on an AOE to piss me off.

DA2 was many things Yaro, well written was not of them, perhaps some response where, but the rest of the game is just festering shit, your choices are irrelevant, every character is hawke sexual and it re-uses assets like nothing I've ever seen.

I liked DA:O, liked DA2, and probably will enjoy DA3. Hopefully it'll come out next year. Couldn't care less about the multiplayer, though.
nice to see them doing surveys though. It's such an easy thing for devs to do and likely gives better feedback than the few vocal trolls on their forums, or other squeaky wheels that don't necessarily represent the larger masses.

Oh... and they need a new romance writer... I really, really hated Anders in DA2, and Fenris just wanted to be friends (and he was kinda skinny anyway)... the most "normal" one of the bunch was my dwarf buddy and he wasn't even a romance option. :(

Have been wanting Bioware to do a co-op RPG for years now. Id want them to take their time and develop some awesome story content depending on if youre solo or playing online but... EA.
