With Street Fighter X Tekken all wrapped up and ready to shipped (and hacked), Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono has supposedly shifted his attentions to creating the next installment to the Darkstalkersfranchise. That's according to Venture Beat anyway. The game reportedly would use a similar engine to those previously seen in Street Fighter IV and Street Fighter X Tekken.
For those of us that enjoyed the series in the arcades or the 2005 PSP compilation, Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower, it sure would be nice to see Morrigan and the gang back in action again. Barring any announcement from GDC this week, we can look forward to Capcom's Captivate event in April to see if the publisher has anything official to announce regarding the matter.
