Love the series, 40th day was one of the best 3rd person games this gen, even if it was a little on the short side.
Maybe it's because I've never played any of these games, but it just always seems to me that it is a forced franchise. It just seems so generic that I can't even be bothered to rent it.
I liked Army of Two: The 40th Day, but as with the first game it merely felt like a better Kane & Lynch with worse characters and settings (A bit ironic since both sequels take place in Shanghai) so I always had a hard time deciding between them.
On one hand AoT are without doubt more well-made in terms of level design and gameplay, but the characters are so uninteresting it sort-of backfires apart from the few gags here and there while opening doors.
Still, if this turns out to be true, hopefully it turns out good. I'll give it a try without doubt.

Yeah! I loved Army of Two: 40th day. The aggro system, weapons customization and fistbumping action made it a perfectly fun shooter, even if it was pretty short.

Well I hope they can make some better ingame options with moral choices maybe at least 3 different choices per situation instead of just 1 or the other.
First game was decent. Second game was absolutely awesome and one of my favorite current gen games. I hope this upcoming third game is just as good and fun as 40th Day.
Man I loved the last Army of two before I played it. They should work on that problem for the next one.
Army of Two was brilliant, a great piece of shallow retarded fun. TFD got too "serious"...well as serious as Army of Two could get.

I loved the original and liked the sequel. Kane & Lynch is the opposite as I liked the original (meaning I hate the entire Savahna chapter!) and I loved the sequel to no end. I'll definitely give this a go when it hits, just hope it's not a bug fest running on the Frostbite 2. Hope to god DICE takes care of that problem up front!
