Also, I just watched the GTA V thing too. Watching that made me go "oh ok." This one got an audible reaction from me. Long live Volition and THQ.
I love how the warning at the beginning talked about the part of the video that isn't actually dangerous. No reference to making stunt jumps, firing weapons, or running into pedestrians.
I...I really can't buy the game any harder. It's not possible. Fucks sake. Just...let me merge with the game, please. Cut out the middle man, and let me be cremated, and have the ashes used in creating copies of it.

GTA is a great game, don't get me wrong, but it seems that the series has been done to death. New city, new main character, same game.
Personally I think I'll go with this ridiculousness this time. Just seems like it has more to offer.

That's because the first was kind of a shameless knockoff, it came into it's own in 2 and now it's taken that to the extreme.

San Andreas was infinitely better than the first Saints Row. Then R* made a pretty tame sequel and Volition took the wackiness to a new level. Now, R* looks to be reviving the features that people loved in SA, and Volition is just taking it even further still. I'll definitely get both, but they scratch two different sandbox itches.
This reminds me of the first time my SR2 character started singing along to Tears For Fears' 'Everybody Wants To Rule The World'. Those were good times *gets misty-eyed*.

Can anyone tell me why there is no PS3 footage though? It worries me that it will suffer in graphics or something to not see PS3 footage. Nothing but 360 footage... why? Is it because they are just further marketing the 360 to America or what? Or is it because these are early build footage?
I'd like to see some PS3 footage. I mean I guess I am getting it for PS3 anyway, if I wanna do online, since I rarely, kinda never do online, I wanna have the option open. And because I never do online, I just have no need for Xbox Live then. Just be nice to see PS3 footage and see how it compares, at least graphic wise. Performance will come later, if a site like Lens of Truth does a comparison.
