Over-1 is likely a silly math related joke,seeing as how X is a common variable,it is a Mega Man X related game so they wanted to throw in a reference to superscript. I'm a little surprised that they didn't just call it "To the Second Power" or Mega Man Squared instead.
I see a few people here saying things like "it's better than nothing" and "at least they didn't completely ignore the series."
I have to say I disagree with that mindset. I would personally have preferred nothing if this is the alternative.
It's clearly a cash grab. Free to play games are the popular thing right now and can make a lot of money by charging for in game items and things of that nature. I expect Capcom to be charging for the character customization parts as well as the battle chips.
Seems to me all that talk about having things planned and things coming was just their way of saying they were going to wait until they could find a way to nickle and dime consumers with the Megaman franchise like they do with their other games before releasing anything.
Just one man's thoughts.

I know this is an annoying reminder, but it pisses me off even more when I see this. I'm just gonna say it anyway.
