Rock Band DLC: Dio's 'Holy Diver'; what more do you want?

9:40 AM on 09.10.2010

Next week's Rock Band Music Store downloads looks to be one of the most eclectic batch of releases yet. From Dio to Morrissey, Julianna Hatfield to The Smiths, "random" is a good word to describe it. But this must be said… f*****g "Holy Diver," people!

  • Dio - "Holy Diver"
  • Dio - "Stand Up and Shout"
  • Juliana Hatfield - "Nirvana"
  • Morrissey - "Irish Blood, English Heart"
  • Silverchair - "Straight Lines"
  • The Smiths - "This Charming Man"
  • Underoath - "Writing on the Walls"

The tracks will run you $1.99/160 MS Points/200 Wii Points a piece. No package here, because "Random Ass Song Pack" sounds cool, but probably wouldn't go over so well.

Rocksmith will turn you into a guitar legend like Hendrix or the guy from Papa Roach

Rocksmith 2014's getting some DLC songs by Papa Roach today. One time in eighth grade, a kid in my class started a speech by saying "Cut my life into pieces, this is my bat report. Echolocation, no seeing. Vampire bat bite your arm, now you're bleeding." I wonder what he's up to. Probably not playing Papa Roach songs on Rocksmith, if I'm being really honest.more
