I cry knowing that flash support is kept from iPhone users for reasons such as making us pay for games that are already free. :(
Adobe and Apple don't hate each other. Jobs states that Flash isn't as open (lol) as HTML5 and that Flash would drain the battery much quicker if it were implemented.

There are a few cloud browsers out there that emulate Firefox, and allow Flash on the iPhone - but you need a wifi connection.

Most Flash games are built for a keyboard and/or a mouse, neither of which are things the iPhone has any conception of. When Android gets Flash, most Flash games simply won't work and will have to be rewritten in Flash 10.1, at which point it would make more sense to just make native apps.

I'd say 90% of flash games just use arrow keys, and the spacebar - current cloud browsers have a little popup keyboard similar to the one you use to text on the iPhone. It's easily doable.

Software keyboards (both on iPhone and Android ) only appear when selecting text fields. Even if that did work for Flash games on Android, it would take up half the screen. Any game that would involve touch would have to be rewritten.

The one I play on does take up about half the screen, but I can swing the keyboard in at will, anytime I want.
FUCK. I was all ready to give up on ipods because my touch's headphone jack is bung, but now I can't go to a competitor unless I also want to carry around my touch so I can play this all the time. Oh well, new ipod here I come.
As a gaming platform the iPhone is a piece of shit, but if it keeps delivering things like Canabalt and Robot Unicorn Attack I may actually begin to play it more than my DS.
